Legion DMF trinkets bis before raid?

Hello I read a comment on ownedcore saying that Darkmoon Faire trinkets won't be BIS before raid trinkets anymore. Does anyone have more info on this?

Only 2 crafted trinkets: Alchemy and Darkmoon cards. If they are good for your spec it's worth getting and upgrading those, not all the darkmoon cards are great for all classes, keep in mind there are some nice ones from Mythic dungeons too.

But would you say that you can still make loads of money start of expansion with inscription?
