Auto looting to mail when in party or raid with full bags

Hello,

Does anyone understand why sometimes when I'm in a party or RAID killed mobs send the loot directly to mailbox without even looting the corpse? I just get the sound FX and the loot recap across the center of the screen

Example farming skyshards the moment a mob was killed the look was send direct to mail box (wasnt looted by any player). Was also happening when turtle fishing, but other times it dosnt,
