A few Scamming Questions

First: Anonymous emails.

If I send an email from an anonymizer, then what if the person replies? I'll never get it. How does this work?

Second: Scam Order

When trade scamming for accounts, what is the order in which things should happen?

Change Emails
Change Pass
Get Username and New Pass
Then SQA???

I've been around for a while, and pulled off one scam but it was a reverse scam where I snagged some real cash in exchange for a shitty account, but am still unclear on the above.
