weird buff

Hey guys,

after purchasing Legion and downloading it till it was playable I had a weird buff on my rogue which i think should be invisible normally. It said "7.X - Fix boosted characters who abandon Broken Shore". I was able to cancel that buff.

Does anyone know what this buff is for? What is meant with Broken Shore and do you think you can exploit the game by abandon it with a boosted char that cancels this buff? ;P

Broken shore is a zone in legion I think
