Fastest way to get a WoW account banned?

I have a way of securing a bought account, however I wish to just get the OO's account perma banned right off the bat so there are no ways he can get it back.

Would putting the account up for sale, using some of the ungeared 100s/90s on a site like fb or craigs list work and having someone report it to blizzard?

Is there a better way to get it banned so the ban cannot be reversed at all?

I'm fairly certain that they should be bnet account wide, as people were buying SoR accounts to get titles etc

its not an account wide title. Its a single character title / achievment

Pretty sure if they claim the account was hacked they can get it back and unbanned if it got banned on your IP.
