Seems a little shifty. Here's some stuff from their FAQ:

3.What does personal service contain?
　　Based on the renting mode, you can get 25g～50g renting fee each day. What's more, your characters also grain alot of experences.

5.Why do you need my account and password?
　　It is mutual beneficial. By renting your account, we can help you solve funds problem in WOW. Please contact us when you want to buy an Epic mount, when you want to have a desired gear, or when you want to be rich in the game.


8.What will I do if the account I renting to you is banned?
　　If you keep the original registration information, you will get the lost account back simply by making a call.

9.Will my gears lose after I give you my account?
　　A2 will not have any items or gears of the rented character lost or sold. A2 has special person to responsible for recording and saving gears of the rented account.

the reason they do it is because they take all the gold they make and sell it that it why it is free
