Holy hell man!
Is that supposed to be WSG???
Did you do any model editing?
Or is it your GFX card going to shit?
I say either try to repair (using the 'Repair' program inside your WoW folder) or just reinstall WoW.
Holy hell that's ugly
EDIT: Obviously it's in-game since your screenshot actually caught it, so it's not your monitor. Try repair.
EDIT 2: I also see a lot of polygons and clipping, definately try repair, and get the latest drivers for your video card.

Yeah thats WSG on my 19 twink. That's the 2nd time I've had this go on. The first was on my main in the STV arena. Once I restart my computer it stops. I'll call the shop that built my computer and send them these screenshots.

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 4000+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.4GHz
Memory: 1022MB RAM
Hard Drive: 250 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT
Monitor: Plug and Play Monitor
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster PCI
Speakers/Headphones:
Keyboard: USB Root Hub
Mouse: USB Root Hub
Mouse Surface:
Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2 (2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254)
is my computer rig. If anyone can tell me if I need to upgrade. O.o

I think your GFX card may be going. Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT. I'm sure that they have a fan on the card, try opening up your case and cleaning it.
With problems like that, where you reboot and it works fine for awhile, then BAM, this, I doubt it's WoW, but more a computer issue itself.
Try cleaning out your system with some Q-Tips and some rubbing alcohol. It could be a overheating issue.
Does this happen when playing other GFX-intensive games?
delete you WTF and CACHE folder turn off mods and destroy all model edits
Haha, other games? But seriously, no. This has only happened 2 times. This one that I screenshoted and the time I posted about earlier.
I'll just take my computer in tomarrow (wtf I cant spell it? Lol) and have the guy who built it check it out. It is soposed to be a new video card so It may just be something like you said.

Which was my original thought, but the textures are all f**ked up, and it only happens after playing for a bit. I told him to run the 'repair' which I believe will reset his WTF and cache folders, but after hearing more I doubt that will fix the problem.
It's gotta be something internal.
But, that's the problem with intermitant problems. You can't count on them to do the same thing always.

I have an addon that does this for certain situations, but not all at once. I would /agree to remove addons and delete your WTF. Since you already did that, well dang... dunno what to tell you. Reinstall FTW?
Marlo was here || idusy was here cause he feels left out || Im in ur sig , shardin ur letters - Flying Piggy || Errage was here- Wait, what? || ''Edge was here'' imo =P || Dragonshadow's name makes this too long |2d is hot|
Check if you have got adobe updater or smt on your startup. If yes, remove it from startup. Had simillar problem, static on screen, which was somehow caused by that updater o_O
I have the same problem, but after mine does that and flashes my comp bugs out and tells me that my graphics driver has failed and turns the comp off.
Happens to me when DBM addon messes up on me.. I just do a /console reloadui and its fine until someone caps the flag... i really need to remove that addon or configure it...
(Hey [you])
