What sequence of Toys/Pots can make your player model the largest?

Just as the title says.

I saw a guy in Stormshield today grow so large that he (while mounted on a Fire Hawk) eclipsed just about everyone in the PvP vendor area AND part of the area by the training dummies. He was only there for a small amount of time, but a few of the buffs I know he had were:

World Shrinker
Scary Ogre Face
Rime of the Lost Mariner (I think, or maybe it was Fire-Watcher's Oath... he was pink and translucent, though not sure if this buff related to model size)

I couldn't get a look at any other buffs because by the time I started taking note, he logged out. I own World Shrinker & Scary Ogre face and while I can become pretty large I can't seem to obtain the size this guy did while mounted. I don't have Rime or Fire-Watchers but I am not sure if either of these contributes to a size mod that stacks with World Shrinker.

Does anyone know a sequence of items/buffs that could be used in Stormshield to obtain the largest player model size possible while mounted?

Its from a engineering trinket ,its suppose to make your target smaller but every so often itll back fire and make you retardly huge,only last for 20secs i think from memory
probably why he logged out pretty quick
