I can confirm this. I just dropped 30 bucks on some accounts but I contacted a Blizzard GM about this before I spent any money. He said the only time you DO NOT get WoD is with a battlechest that was purchased outside of Blizzard Entertainment as those codes were NOT made to automatically give you WoD. So since this is being sold on Amazon but ultimately by Blizzard Entertainment, we're good to go. Amazon needs to update their stuff.

None that I know of, all the OC EU links seem to be no longer available.. be very careful when buying cheap keys online that you don't get one of the old keys that doesn't give WoD in the battle chest.

If you still have trouble sometimes it can be funny about your delivery address when adding a card so I grabbed one of those free US postal address which are used like holding lots, they make money when physical goods come to your locker thus no charge will be incurred because the key is digital. GoSend offer such a service, try em if you need that.

Go through a proxy site or use a VPN, with my UK ip I get unavailable but when I connect to US East on the VPN, no problem. Just google proxy site but also if you're outside US then please see my post above in regards to address, because if you try to buy anything with a card outside the US it's fine but if the delivery address is outside then you could have problems.. I did. The above site mentioned will help with that.. ofc if you need anything elaborated on just post back but all being square you will be fine if you follow those steps.

PS. I guess it does go without saying but I hope everyone trying to purchase from Europe and follows these instructions does understand that the key is US only.. Just incase someone somehow missed that lol.
