Frozen Runes?!?

I just noticed that there are decent amounts of Frozen Runes @ Outland Alliance (EU), are these duped or just people who returned to WoW? I've seen a handful of people selling them in just 30min or so.

These? I doubt they're duped seeing as they aren't obtainable. If they are being duped, it means this person can somehow dupe their inventory items 1:1 - in which case, I really doubt this would be the item they're selling.

Yep, exactly those. The guy also sold some of the gear you could craft with the runes.
