How to separate 2 licenses on the same Bnet?

Hey,
I have a Bnet account with 2 licenses. Both are OK, never banned. My son plays on 1 license, and I use 2nd.
We would like to have it unmerged, move license 1 with his characters to the new Bnet account (which I created, with the same name).
Customer support say they can't do it.

Is there any way we could separate both licenses?

If customer support says they can't do it then that's that.

The only thing I could think of if you REALLY want to get the accounts separate is to buy a new account and you can transfer the characters.

Blizzard's billing department can move your license to a new Bnet account that is under the same name. You should call them again.

I've done this before with Blizzard. Can't imagine they wont do it anymore.

I wanted to do the same thing and i also got the same answer for a live chat GM.So we're kinda screwed buddy ;/

Thanks for the replies. I tried it via live chat, so I will try again and call billing. If they won't do this, I'll just move his main character to new account (it is possible and was advised by GM).
