Looking for HFC boost

I debated for literally 2 hours whether to put this in Buy Sell and Trade or here... eventually settled here as I figured it would be more of a discussion thread than a trade thread. I'm looking for HFC heroic or mythic boost, must be self play. I've looked at over 30 sellers in the WTS section and have found the cheapest one for NA but I want to ask here before I drop some (to me) big money.
Does anyone know of a good HFC boost seller, that wont break the bank?

Specifications if anyones got someone in mind:
-Must be self play
-Heroic or Mythic
-All loot for 1 spec
-I dont give a damn about mounts
-If they say "9 items guaranteed", and I get 7 rings... need separate item guarentee's
-Must be NA servers. Horde or Ally doesnt matter, I'll xfer if needed.
