Account buy question

Hi,
hope thats the right forum to ask..

I found a pretty nice account on ebay for which I would even change my main account, but I have my doubts. I know that every account has it's unchangable user name in it and I experienced it first hand from friends how they got back accounts after selling them ones...

So my question.. is it possible to buy accounts and prevent somehow that the seller will get it back some time in the future? I would like to be safe when I buy this

if you want to be sure about it,
You can buy the account and then merg it or buy a character transfair
but there is an option called "Help my account got hacked" so if the real owner shows his id card
He may can get it back :/

yea getting it back with the id card is what worries me :/ thats why I asked

you could always transfer the characters you want and then get the account perma banned, that way blizzard will not take the old account owners calls/tickets.

Can't you only transfer characters to a different account if that account is registered under the same first / last name?

Best way to do it, imo, is get a photo of the account holders ID as well when you buy the account.

also, the "get the account banned after you transfer off the stuff you want" seems like it would help too

thought it was just the same last name. make a new account with the same last name.
