Can i use gear in legion on banned account

UPDATE: It does not include, and i contacted a GM and he wouldnt log in for me sadly so the account is lost and will not get transmog from that account

This is false, It all depends on the GM ur having.
My GM was the best experience I had since the 10 years I'v been playing this game. He was so kind that he will actually unban my account. Only downside is he needs to remove all the gold (rip 2mil) on the banned account.

Please be nice to me, and allow yourself to log some of my characters on my banned account(xxxxxx) to retrieve alot of cosmestic items for my wardrobe. I have been a supportive customer for almost 10 years now. It would be nice to show once awhile some appreciation for my support

Did you go under the unban apeal section? I found that when ever I go there it seems to auto decline it, never get a chance to talk to a GM.
