Everything is possible. But just because it is, does not mean it actually happens. You can make it happen for yourself, of course

If you are only trading gold to people in your guild I'd say the chance is a lot lower than selling to a company. There is some risk but not nearly as much as selling to a stranger or professional selling company, it depends on the amounts but from blizzards pov it would just look like you are generous to your guild friends. If you are inviting people and kicking them out of the guild just to trade gold then the risk becomes a lot higher.
