Chracter transfer other b-net.

Hey all! Been lurking around here for sometime but finally registered.

Is there any way to transfer character to different B-net? I did try but: "The destination account must have been created by the same person as the origin account."

As far as I know, both accounts need to be registered under the same name to be able to transfer a character from one account to the other.
