Right guys, I'll post the proper way on how I installed 7.0.1.

First END ALL Battle.net tasks in task manager.

Make a new folder in where your Blizzard games are installed. (I called mine World of Warcraft Alpha)

Extract [LINK] --> nikf.tw/20740buildinfo.rar <-- to the folder you just created.

Press Windows+R and type %appdata% and click OK. > Go to Battle.net in that folder and delete it's contents.

Open Battle.net client and go to settings > Game Install / Update > Scroll down and click Scan for Games

Now go to the folder where you have your Battle.net.exe > SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK an empty space and click "open command window here" and when the command console appears type "battle.net.exe --game=wow_beta --install" WITHOUT the quote marks

Your game should start downloading.

Worked for me and am currently downloading the client.

Nope, Someone has to make one. The ingame screenshots on Mmo-c and reddit are taken on live(Or a wod private server) and they swapped a map with the legion maps which is what I plan on doing until the sandbox is out
