Banned without warnings
Is it normal to be permanently banned for botting on a new account that had 0 warnings and 0 suspensions before? what i know for botting u get 2-3 days ban and a strike and the next time is permanent ban or sometimes its a long ban around 6 months or so, but being banned permanently on a new account is this normal or is it their new TOS?
note: i also only botedfor 30 minutes then never botted after that, but the following month i got the ban.
Thank you!

Seems like your IP or MAC is on a blacklist.
Even if you buy a new Account and play without bots, you might get banned pretty soon.

No i created a new account 2 months ago and played for that time, but i cancelled my sub because losing my chars just made wow boring for me.
Edit: i've had 2 accounts before the new one, first one was banned because i botted/sold and i understand because i was a bit childish back then, but my second account had 0 warnings and insta ban.

I understand your point, but how come i am being treated differently? especially the large ban wave that only gave a 6 month ban and not a permenant one.

Every ban is manually signed off on by a Blizzard employee. They've decided to give you a permanent ban for whatever reason, and they're within their rights to do so. You can always appeal and try to get it reduced or removed, but there's no guarantee you'll be successful. It's not a matter of being treated differently, it's the risk you take when you break the ToS. Nothing could happen, you could lose everything or anything in between.
