Battle.net name change

So I bought an account a few months ago, and obviously it bothers me the account has a different name than mine. So, the OO has already send his ID in some old tickets, and I was wondering if there're any chance at all that a battle.net name change could happen (maybe transfer characters from OO account to a new account?). Any thoughts, or should I just live with it?

You cant change name if im correct but you can change the BattleTag name once.
