Items that work on some servers, and some that don't

I can say for about 5 different servers I've played on, Book of the Dead---

---never ever works. This and several other trinkets and use engineering items dont seem to do anything. With the recent update to the 2.2.0 patch and server updates, I really thought wowscape and wowsexy were going to fix some of these items, because I'd love to use them.

Anyways I'd like to see any server recommendations WHERE things work, or just say what items you wished worked on whatever server you guys play on.

If you want a server with working items that bad just find or make an ascent one... Ascent servers are 75% blizzlike so most things work.
