Hacking Theorys

Now, I don't know about you, but I never EVER got the infinite buff duration thing to work. I believe I did it correctly, but it might be due to wowlegion being a bit more difficult to hack then others, the fact it plays on 2.2.0 patch, I don't know, but this got me thinking of possible Hacks that could be possible, client sided or not.

Now say you could keep any buff on you, by searching the buff and locking it, it would stay until you unlocked it or got disconnected. So imagine you kept Power Word Shield on your priest forever. Now that'd be awesome. Or if you had a Rogue and managed to keep the stealth forever. That would mean that you couldn't be targeted, yet you'd be attacking other players/NPC's freely....

Hmm actually I bet these are all server sided, but netherless I believe there is a possible super ZOMGWTFBBQ hack that we can do without having GM powers. The talent fill in WPE pro trick is just a start, and I'm sure we'll get a nice hack that would actually work for once.

The fly hack was awesome, i mean it was great for soloing things i would use my hunter to solo nearly any boss (Besides events, where it requires you to be on the ground).
Then a few others decided it would be awesome to release it and boom next patch it was nerfed.

I am pretty sure even if they did release a good hack Blizzard would find it and nerf it.

Nah I don't mean hack the official one (well for now at least) because theres really no point at the moment with all that detection they have. I mean just private servers. But yeah the Fly hack was so fun to use. I can't use it anymore on wowlegion because you get disconnected immiediatly after you press the button. Speedhack and teleportions still work. When the desyncing script still worked, if you had PW:S or some other effect (DS for example), you'd be absorbing every hit on you as long as you were desynced.

Yeah that's what I thought! I would have loved to be the tank on my Warlock if someone had PW me xD. But since the buff trick works on really low patched servers, theres really no point in going back to that. Thanks for replying.
