What about the item Dazzling Longsword, might scale with level! (Dazzling Longsword - Item - World of Warcraft)

I've had that for a few months on my rogue, yeah it scales, its a lot of fun vs other rogues.

This might be intresting acutally.. since it reduces armor by 2400~ in skirmish (haven't tried rated), but not in a duel nor in world pvp.
I've bought two of these to check whether it's usable to apply the debuff, and swap back to two-hander for a huge hit, but haven't had a "one-shot" so far.

This is really known in the twinking scene and is ooooooooold 2 rings that is fun to use and OP af is Freezing bands... if you have 2 of em = 2% proc for a 5 sec stun, really ****ing op against melee combs
