ticket got randomly closed

my last ticket was about some glitch with the Q chain in talador so i couldnt complete it

but then the GM replied and said they ''fixed it'' and it didnt....(still not fixed btw) and said to Mark as Resolved
but i didnt close the ticket i just left it as is cuz i was gonna come back to it later

a maintenance later the ticket is autoclosed and its asking for a survey. anyone had that?

After some time, every "not closed" ticket is closed.
