Beta servers updated to 7.0.0. New expo announced at Gamescom???

This was posted on reddit. There was a lot of talk about how Blizz is buying a ton of floor space at Gamescom this year and with how every other game looks it really seemed like there was no other option but talking about WoW.

The new SC is already pre-order available and we know everything to know, Heroes just went full release not too long ago, Hearthstone already announced its new expansion, and Diablo just launched a major patch not too long ago that would normally hold people off until blizzcon for anything new. As far as Overwatch, I just assume a new IP would be only talked about at their own convention and not Gamescom but I guess that is a possibility too.

But now with this pic it really really seems like WoW might get some love this upcoming Gamescom. Thoughts?

is it? just woke up and posted this last night. Checking where I found the pic and there is a ton of speculation of people saying how easy it is to fake these pics but I cant find any concrete statement saying "this is for sure fake" by anybody other than just people trolling. If it is that kind of sucks though =(

It is easy, person who did this make one little mistake. New expansion patches are done long time before announcing it but they share build numbers with release version. On your picture, you have build number 20318a (let's put aside fact, that build number didnt end with a in entire WoW history) and live have 20253 so build number +-60 builds in future from 6.2.0 and that is just weird, because that is just short time for stable presentable build. It should have build number lower that 6.2.0 patch
