Help with the creation of a stealth cap macro

I assume

/run local t = time() + 4 while time() < t do end
/reload

alone is not enough.

First of all I dont even know why I would use /reload - what reload essentially would do to make the macro work

When I use this macro I get attacked regularly when the time and reload ends and I am back in the game. The flag did not get capped by this.

I clicked the flag and instantly the macro.

Second, how long would the time be in order for it to work? The time it takes for the bar to be completed?

What is missing?
