Got a question regarding changing surname on Bnet accounts

Right. My friend quit way back in 2010, I've started playing again recently, and I'd like his stuff on my account - I've since lost touch with him, but he hasn't played a single videogame for a very long long time - he's grown up, I'm not.

So with that in mind, he probably wouldn't mind me taking it, but I'm also scared of asking because I might get a no - but at the same time, he'll never log on the account again. My question is - how can I change the surname of his account to my surname ?

I've heard of the method to make a new battle net account, under a female name, and supply a marriage license, how trustworthy is that method, especially considering we're both not from the same country ?


Basically I'm completely new to this, if anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.

There's no easy way to say this, because there's no easy way about it. Unfortunately it involves methods that are illegal; forging documents.

You're best to keep playing two accounts, get married to him (share last name), or ask him to legally change his name
