Since HB is down are there better or same programs for botting?

As above, rebot is very similar, interface is even better. (using it right now for questing, so far it's doing pretty well, initial setup wasn't much of a hassle)

Every bot can get detected at any point, there's no telliing when said bot can get detected and hit by a banwave, however to my best knowledge, as for now ReBot was not detected this last banwave.

Regarding waiting for HB update - I'd pass on that, took them 3 days to even confirm they're thinking about issuing one at all (despite users asking about it countless times that were just being dismissed with "don't ask"), so I don't even want to imagine how long it'll take for the actual update, which can still result in another banwave, simply because blizz is gunning for them.

Every bot lifespan is limited, and HB's time is simply coming to an end. It's slowly becoming a relic of the past, and you will probably be better off treating it as such.

With the extra detection blizzard seems to be doing now your best bet is a passive wow bot, like Anthrax.

First time i heard for Bot named Anthrax Now i know Rebot & Anthrax.

Whats the best bot for combat routines for pvp (dont need it to do cc or interrupts) outside of hb? The profiles Ive tried with rebot are mostly pve and kinda sucky compared to the awesome routines you got on hb.

I almost forgot to mention, if you're looking for a non-bot to work combat rotations you could try GnomeSequencer (available on WoWInterface). It isn't as powerful as a bot, but then again you really can't get banned for it either. Scripts for use with GnomeSequencer (GS) are available at WoWLazyMacros.
