Okay i need some help...

Itink i just destoryed my computer. I had some trojan problems so i downloaded avg to get rid of, while it was scanning i decided to uninstall some games and programs that i was sure of that i did not need or play anymore. Then i went over and started to delete my temp internet files and cookies to get my comp goin a lil faster. after everything was done i restarted my comp to get everything refreshed. Now my comp wont even start.... It goes to the first screen where you can press F2 or F12 then it goes to the 2nd and usually it just types some stuff for like a second then goes on but now it types..

Press Cntrl+Alt+Delete to restart''

Then when i press cntrl+alt+delete, it just does the samething over again. Did i just compelety **** up my comp by deleteing something i wasnt suppose to or can this somehow be fixed?

you might need a new hardrive, something like that happened to me and i had to go out, get new hardrive, re-install windows and everything else.

oh hell, how much do hard drives usually cost? for a laptop that is. damn i dont even know where my windows disk are either

You don't need a new HD. Have you touch your BIOS? Possible that the computer is booting from a non-bootable source, the HD is not properly set up in the BIOS (which might have happen if you changed some settings in the BIOS), corrupted Windows, and some other uncommon problems.

The solution could be, repairing Windows with your bootable Windows CD. If you like, you could also install it from a fresh install (it will format the drive and install Windows from start - no trojans, etc.). The repairing feature might not recover your old files (I'm not certain). I'd recommend installing fresh Windows with the original CD you used. Also, if you're going to use another Windows CD, be sure to have your driver program CDs in hand.

There may be other solutions, but the one I mentioned is the best IMO. Good luck.

that happened to me once.


I shot up my CPU with my dark timmy paintball gun.

got on the top of my story story house.

Threw it off the balcony.

Shot it again.

Threw it into the pool.

And then got grounded
