What is the cheapest way to get a char transfer to a 2nd account?

As the title says: What is the cheapest way you know of to get a char transfer to a 2nd B-net account?

are there any tricks to alter or entirely bypass the 20euros?

Dont think you can with EU accounts.

US accounts can change the currency to brazlian real and save like 75% on all account stuff.

wow... no you cant do that on EU and im too lazy to do the rus version

hmm I just reactivated an account and the gm gave me free 30 days because the other account (which I sold and RAF was attached) bought subscription

speaking of such... what would I tell a GM to make this possibly happen...

I think the only way to do this for cheap/free would be to make up a story to get the GM to transfer the entire license to a new account. Basically you say something like "I am wanting to consolidate accounts," or "The license WoW1 is my little brother's but we want it moved to his own battle.net account." This of course is only useful if you don't mind all the toons being moved to the new account rather than just one.
