Ban appeal question

Anyone know how to get an ban appeal for hacking ? I used RAOV profession exploit and I'm banned for hacking.
Many people got banned for this and this and is there any chance to be un-banned?

This is email from blizz:

Just contacted them, they won't lift the ban under any circumstances, was my main account, 9/10 HC, 678 ilvl with 500k gold and tons of mounts. Perm banned and gone forever, **** RaoV, he knew it was outdated, and released it after knowing it was like a 95% ban risk. Sure, I took the risk, but still.

If you had 500k, why not just level up the profs normally? They're really cheap.

Honestly, the risk wasnt even worth the reward with this exploit.

It wasn´t outdated, it was safe when they posted it. Reason why you received ban and why it is not working any more is because it was posted publicly

Every exploit is 95% ban, question is not "Will I receive ban?" but "When I receive ban?"

How on earth could you even attempt to put the blame on RaoV. They post the info they don't twist your arm and make you use it any exploit anywhere on this forum carries a risk. Your risk assesment needs some improving is all. Did you really think there would be no repercussions with something so big as professions?
