how many times could the instance be entered before it tells you that 'you entered instance too many times' - what is the time we have to wait before that cools off?

and, how many times could we reset before it tells us 'instance reset too many times' ? this would be some useful info

run into graveyard that would be 3
run into cath. that would be 4

when i used to farm with my rogue i run in all 4, reset run in there again about 3 times before i get baned from going in

You can run the 4 instances, reset and then you'll be able to run ALL 4 instances again.

The max.reset/1hrs isn't bound to instance/reset, it's instance visit/reset.
I hope you get what I am talking about.
