Beerfest Report

After a great go yesterday, Beerfest took a turn for the worst as thousands began using spammy macros to /wave bartenders for explosions of beer. due to the problems this causes such as quest exploitations and disconnecting other people. Blizzard has decided we shouldnt be able to do this and now the only main source of income(tickets) is the Daily keg delivery quest, which if done correctly can get you all the tickets you need, but one slip up and bam, one day till next tickets.

According to ingame GameMasters Brewfest quests and events have been "temporarily disabled". Implying they will be restored in the nearby future, yet no timeframe has been released, tune in to MMowned General tthreads for more information on brewfest.

On a side note the shadowforge dwarves are mad because they couldn't enter their Own alcohol in the festivities,

They are back up and going at the moment, just did the barking one myself

Lolz, I got reported and warned for /wave-ing :P

it was pretty much a bad idea from the start, getting so many people together in a small area... Same with pre-TBC ORG / IF :P

As well, 40 tickets per "barking," 600 divided by 40 = 15 days to get a mount.
