You know how blizzard customer support or w/e reviews your case, etc if you were actually/truly hacked

do those guys just check your IP (if it came from different IP like a chinese IP,etc) or do they (or can they) also check your machine you were on? like your PC n stuff

I have no idea if they check this but they can see hardware specs, so just using a vpn won't be believable.

yeh they 100% check HWID.

got a mate who changes Ip's daily and everytime he creates an account it gets banned within hours even for not doing anything and gets the same auto email about economy exploit.
