Whoa.... seriously?! No offense, but questions for your dissertation ought to be open-ended .... these are completely close ended questions and bias. You'll gather absolutely no critical *real* information worthy of a dissertation. If anything I hope this survey is a VERY VERY small and non-critical part of your dissertation and note such within your dissertation.

Couple people dropped out of the interview part of my research and I am still looking to get 2 females and 2 males (preferably) to do research with. It is a fairly simple process, had no problems with the two people I have done it with already.
