Blizzard wants more money for more raid teirs?!!

According to Tom Chilton (Wow's game director) in the interview linked below, Blizzard may forego the middle tier and jump straight to the last raid in order to get the following expansion out faster.

Imho if time per raid tier (like 6 months) will be OK (by OK I mean that I really dont want see another SoO) then I don´t see problem with only 2 tiers and 1year of expansion.

The idea of time traveling to one of those infinite parallel universes is just passing the line for me. I don't mind fantasy as long as I can make some sense of it.. the idea of going back exactly 35 years in the past is just too bizarre to be implemented in an expansion. Why not 36 years, why not 34? can we say go back 80 years in the past and kill grommish family?

I don't like time travel lore.

I didn't mind it much, because it was like we were under a spell/dreaming. It was all over when the dungeon ended.

I quit due to what I consider is an extremely low drop rate on bosses. I did every boss in lfr as the tank (not that it matter but still) for 4 weeks and only got a trinket and a back piece. Really disappointed. I don't want to pay for a game that I can only do content 1 time per week anymore. Oh and I bought and used reroll tokens. At least in the past you kill a boss and you get some kind of token that you collect and eventually you for sure can buy an upgrade with it. But no nope they took that out. I like a lot of things about wow but only two upgrades in 4 weeks and completing all content including world bosses is just stealing my money.

To add my friend had 3 drops in 4 weeks.

I was pissed when I heard that there might only be two raid tiers. I don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth. I payed ten dollars more and got 33% less than the last expansion. That's unacceptable. If the expansions were free fine but at fifty bucks I don't think so.

This is just the way blizzard is heading sadly.
