my friend forgot his pw to his email, which is also his wow account so he doesn't know. all i know is the account and that the pw is 5 letters and has 3 numbers. any suggestion or helpfull things.

I suppose you could use a brute forcer (would take a very long time) or just guess (would take like a billion years to get it this way). Oh and he could call billing and have them change his email address, or he could try and get the password to his email back.
