Edible Food for All Classes in Arena

Food Item: Ba'ruun's Bountiful Bloom - Item - World of Warcraft

I've searched for this food item on the forums and have not found it yet, putting it in the general guides because it's a great item when you do not have a mage on your team to provide food. The item http://www.wowhead.com/item=113540/b...ountiful-bloom restores 60% of your health and 60% of your mana over 30 seconds.

Just a heads up for many PvPers.

The item is dropped from the rare: Ba'ruun in shadowmoon valley.
Comments from wowhead show his coordinates are 53.0-17.2

Proof that it is usable: Look at my buff and my cooldown on the food item, also no "Not usable in Arena"
