can I get banned for this silly nonsense?

Someone somehow started spamming some blue text on trade chat and people started spamming it with him until there we just 2 of us spamming it pretty much, is this bannable?

Blizzard can ban you for anything they like. Im sure that would be a 24 hour suspension unless you are using it to try fool someone into thinking you are an actual GM, then it could be more serious.

you can't really get banned for copy and pasting, you don't know who was the one who made it.

unless you spam it obviously.
