Faster GM Response?
Ive been searching the forums for a good amount of time and I can't seem to find a recent thread to get a faster GM response. Anyone have tips and tricks to get a fast response?

Go make a live chat on their homepage then choose something that make u enter the live chat ^^ its okay to choose wrong topic

The live chat option is the best. Just choose a different topic that gives access to live chat (usually in billing) and the wait time is around 20 mins.
Remember to click +Rep if someone assist you on the forums. Spread the love.

Back in cataclysm they used to have keywords which made them respond faster, not sure if they still work but I think it was "stuck" and "quit".

There used to be a thread here on Ownedcore about someone figuring out spamming a number on Skype when calling Blizzard actually forces them to pick up the phone a lot earlier than expected, I can't find the thread now but it was pretty damn hilarious when it turned out to be true.

I had a guildy seriously threaten to self-harm earlier in the year. Either they had no one in queue or they absolutely still prioritize response based on keyword. They were chatting with me in under 5 mins. Clearly not something to use over an in game issue but I was extremely impressed how fast their response was.

Type "suicide" into the ticket and GM will get to you within a few minutes

You had to spam "1" iirc. But its phone callback now so doesnt work anymore.

Do not use "suicide" or other real life threats to try to get a faster GM response. Reasons:
1 - GMs will be unhappy when they find out your real-life situation is bogus
2 - You could take away from people with real, serious real life emergency situations
3 - If you suggest that you're considering suicide, the cops might knock on your door (because Blizzard called your local authorities)

I think they're implying to not use suicide as a threat on yourself. Just incorporate it into your ticket. For example, "Could you make my character commit suicide to get him unstuck for me? He seems to be stuck"
