Accounts Getting Locked.

So, 8 of my accounts got locked 5 days ago, trying to renew the subscription. Today, 5 new RAFed accounts got locked. They only lock the WoW1/WoW2 account, not the whole battle.net account(I cannot manually unlock them), and they demand Government IDs to unlock them, which is simply impossible for me to provide. The credit cards that I used to pay for them are legit, and the payment status with the charged money are still "pending".

The email that I received to all of these accounts states that they have "Strong evidence" that my accounts are compromised.

Any idea what is going on, anyone else had the same problem, or any advice as how should I continue with this locking madness?

No, all the accounts, new and old, were paid with the 4 EUR battlechest link. The old ones are 5 months old, and I have used the same ccard to renew their subscription... I don't know what is going on!

Maybe someone was trying to steal your accs and Blizz system locked your accs. They want check your identity and that is reason why they want ID.

If you try to login from a different location, then the WHOLE bnet account gets locked, and they ask for a password reset. This is the funny part. They didn't even ask for a pass reset. Only the WoW account that I renewed the subscription got locked. For example, in one battlenet account that I have 2 WoW licenses, the one is locked and the other remains frozen.

No. It does not help. I am afraid it has something to do with my ccards being flagged.
