RaF powerlevling

Guys, I just saw that there was that huge discount on the battlechests so I've decided to try and level some new chars to max them all out.
Currently I have 3 accounts at disposal - the 2 that are RaFed and one of my brothers. If I get the levling toons @ the spot for powerleveling in Townlong Steppes and boost them will they get any exp? Has anyone tried it out?

the power leveling methods do not exsist anymore.

you can start spamming dungs and get to level 1-60 in like 2 hours/ even less
