blocking port 1119 nolonger works?

it used to work before WoD on my pc. after 6.0 hits, it doesnt work.

I havnt modified the setting in my firewall which means ,unless something has to be changed, it has been fixed?

i can still see my friends, and no trouble log on if i have this rule enabled(it used to fail my log-in if i had it enable while trying to log in(
