'World Server is down' issue

so I've been stuck for almost 4 hours now getting this msg once I almost hit 90% loading screen 'World server is down' its because I got disconnected while I was in my garrison cuz I've logged on seperate chars on the realm and its working just fine anyone having this issue and if u know how to fix please help out how to :-)
