Actually on all EU Realms. The Russian WoW Client will cap you to play on RU Realms only.

I doubt you can play on US with it, Think for the Ru accounts just like the BR and ARG accounts for US Realms.

Since 18.10.2014, all Ru realms got merged to the EU realms group.

Every EU account can play on RU realms, and every RU - on EU.

The restriction is on the Client - You cant play EU with Russian wow client, and on RU with EU one.

Thanks to the Battle.net application, you can have them both installed, and just switch on them easily.
