Possible easy leveling in WoD at launch?

Okey guys, we all know that all the quest areas will be overfarmed the first night of the release and then next 24hours after.
This question is about the EU servers
So last night I couldn't sleep because I got this awesome idea, I think it is awesome. Since Russia is like what, 6 hours behinde EU, wouldn't the russians accounts first go live hours after the EU accounts? If that is the case, then it should be possible to get an inv from a lvl 90 russian server char, and then quest in peace since the Russians cant enter the portal. In my all the servers are actually live with WoD now, been since patch 6.0.2, it is just not out accounts that have been unlocked. just like if u had a Cata account after MoP was release u wouldn't be able to go to pandaria. so if that is account based, and the russians are behinde, then this should be possible, and then just use the phase "glitch" where u leave party while going to the leaders realm and u are free to lvl without grp. The only downside is that u cant go dungeons, but hey, if u are lvl 100 3-6hours before ur guild/friends u got plenty of time anyway :P

and russia is actually few hours ahead not behind , so even if ur idea worked it would be the other way around

I take it if you live in the uk like me it will go like at 11pm gmt and 12am France time?
