What is current stance on fast EXP leveling exploits?

So about the fast Leveling clevver use of Game mechanic (to get LV1-70 in 20 minutes or so) what is the newest info?

I hear rumors about people getting banned and Streamers being forbidden to stream it, but also people in my friends list who say nothing happened to them.
There are also other rumors such as people getting levels roleld back, or the Exploits being fixed.

Any of you owned cores can share their ingight?

I have leveled a couple chars 1-80 nothing happened and nothing will happen. it will be patched as people find new spots

Any exploit come with risk. If you're afraid of possibly getting banned don't do it on your main account. If you think you won't get banned then go ahead and do it. Honestly nobody is an expert in how Blizzard deals with exploits because Blizzard themselves aren't consistent about it. One person may get a 24hour ban for doing something, another person permabanned, and a whole bunch of others completely get away with it.

As long as you don't abuse it too much, and nobody reports you, you probably won't get banned for anything that involves "clever use of game mechanics". The people that get banned are the people spamming trade that they'll level you from 1-60 in an hour. those guys get reported by someone that doesn't like what they're doing, and then when a GM looks into it they get a temp ban. if you make a point of flying under the radar and don't brag about what you're doing, and don't go leveling up 20 characters in one weekend, nobody will ever find out.

They have their hands full with the release, so right now they likely simply don't have the resources to even track down the people who did the power-leveling, even if they wanted to. That will likely be the case for at least two weeks after the release as well.

If you are at all worried (I wouldn't be), just add a couple of levels on top of those you got via power-leveling normally to make it even more complex for them to detect that you power-leveled, that's it.
