Monk 20 % exp bonus quest past lvl 90

Hi, I didn't find anything about that matter already posted here so here it goes!

The Monk only quest which gives 20 % bonus exp buff until lvl 90 and then turns to 100 Mastery or something like that, gives actually that mastery and 20 % bonus exp on quests/mobs past lvl 90! The tooltip just doesn't reflects this. If you didn't complete some of theses quests like me then you can have the buff for like 3 hours+ before its wears off

hope that speeds up some levelling for my fellow monks!

Are you sure? SS or anything? Does this stack with the garrison elixir?
