Can you farm the Halaa Battle Tokens and Apexis Shards in advance for WoD?

I know in WoD you use apexis shards and Halaa Battle tokens but there are versions of this ingame right now? Is it possible to farm them in advance?

No. They just share names not ID.

I strongly doubt it; from what I remember i the beta they actually have a different name. It's something like apexis crystal rather than shard, that or it's a different ID.
