Spell "PainKiller" are bugged

I noticed that the spell http://www.wowhead.com/spell=123211/painkiller
Healed my HP to 100% in a second from being almost dead.
I think thats not intended.

Thanks to that spell i won aginst a Horde Mage

On taking a potential deathblow, you become encased in a block of amber, protecting you from all physical attacks and spells for 10 sec.
While encased, the amber's healing properties reduce damage taken by 80% and regenerate 20% of the your total health and mana every 2 sec.

Have no use testing this myself but he states it topped his health off in a second from almost being dead. So 1->100% in a second. The tooltip you reminded him off would mean 1->100 in 10 seconds
