Fastest way to build garrison in a fresh WoD 90 toon

Hey
i got 10 level 90 and i want in the first day, asap, to start enjoying the Garrison benefists in all of them,
In order to do so, what is the minimum quests or such things i need to do to be able to open a garrison?

In order to gain access to the garrison you need to complete the intro quests in Tanaan Jungle and then about 5 quests in Shadowmoon Valley or Frostfire Ridge.
However, you will find that you will not have access to most of the buildings that can yield resources without exploring the world and completing quests in order to gain the plans for each building.
